Ohio Fairs’ Queen staying busy

The 2014 Ohio Fairs’ Queen is having a busy summer as she travels around to the several agricultural fairs and festivals in Ohio.

Kathryn Whinnery says her goal is to travel to as many county fairs across the Buckeye State as possible to carry out her duties as Ohio Fairs’ Queen.

The Ohio Ag Net was able to catch up with Kathryn as she traveled to three separate county fairs on Monday, July 7 alone. She started off the day at Clinton County before traveling to the Madison and Logan County fairs. Below is a photo gallery of Whinnery’s travels to all three fairs.

Above, listen to Ohio Ag Net’s Joel Penhorwood talk to Kathryn about her busy summer and her work as a representative to the fairs.
